**Terms and Conditions for Digital Cloud UK – Dynamics 365 Offer for 10 Users or Less**
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our Dynamics 365 offer. By accessing or using any part of this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the offer.
1. **Eligibility:**
a. To be eligible for the Dynamics 365 offer for 10 users or less provided by Digital Cloud UK, you must have an active Office 365 license for your organisation.
b. You must have administrative access to the Office 365 environment associated with your organisation.
2. **Payment Terms:**
a. Payment for the Dynamics 365 offer will be processed via Go Cardless, a third-party payment processing service.
b. Payment for the Dynamics 365 offer will be collected starting from the fourth month of your subscription.
3. **Customisations:**
a. Customisations of the Dynamics 365 system are not included in this offer. Any additional customisations or modifications to the system will be subject to a separate agreement and additional charges.
4. **Exclusions:**
a. This offer does not include Office 365 licenses obtained through third-party providers or hosting providers. It applies only to organisations that have obtained Office 365 licenses directly from Microsoft.
5. **Termination:**
a. Digital Cloud UK reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Dynamics 365 offer at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
6. **Limitation of Liability:**
a. Digital Cloud UK shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access or use of the Dynamics 365 offer.
7. **Governing Law:**
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom.
8. **Changes to Terms and Conditions:**
a. Digital Cloud UK reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Digital Cloud UK website or other official communication channels.
